There are lots of ways for you to get connected at Banner. Whether it’s serving coffee with friends, meeting up for dinner, or praying together, there’s a place for you and your family here.
Next Steps is a two part class led by Pastor Ryan and Janelle designed to help you learn more about the heart and vision of Banner, connect with others, and discover your unique role within our community. Step one is Welcome Lunch which is an introduction to who we are over a meal after service and step two is Welcome to Teams which is designed to help you discover your gifts and find your best ministry fit. We believe no matter where you are in your spiritual journey there’s a next right step for you.
Groups are the best place to find friendships, experience community, and grow in your faith. It’s where strangers become friends and friends become family. We have different categories of Groups that make it easy to find one that’s a great fit for you!
Serve Teams are a chance to use your God given gifts, get more involved at Banner, and make a lasting impact in our city while making new friendships along the way. Together we are committed to building a home that looks like heaven in Seattle where people are loved, healed, and find freedom through Jesus.
Baptisms are an outward expression of an inward change. It’s a public declaration of how Jesus changed your life. Being baptized shows others that you’ve decided to follow Jesus, and allows them to celebrate this decision with you. Baptism doesn’t save a person; it’s a symbol and celebration of salvation. The power that brought Jesus back to life is the same power Jesus uses to change our lives – and that’s worth getting excited about!
