There are lots of ways for you to get connected at Banner. Whether it’s serving coffee with friends, meeting up for dinner, or praying together, there’s a place for you and your family here.
Welcome Lunch happens once every quarter after service and is an introduction to our church, team, mission, and culture. This is a great opportunity to hear and connect with our leaders, meet others who are new, see if you want to get involved, and enjoy a great time learning more about Banner over a catered meal together!
Where strangers become family. We believe life is best in community. Connect Groups are smaller gatherings of people who meet throughout the week in homes, coffee shops, parks and different places in the Seattle area to share a meal, laugh, encourage one another, and hang out!
Serve Teams are a chance to use your God given gifts, get more involved at Banner, and make a lasting impact in our city while making new friendships along the way. Together we are committed to building a home that looks like heaven in Seattle where people are loved, healed, and find freedom through Jesus.
We believe a praying church is a powerful church. We gather every Thursday at 7pm at Banner and create space to worship God, seek His presence, and pray for revival in our city together.
Baptisms are an outward expression of an inward change. It’s a public declaration of how Jesus changed your life. Being baptized shows others that you’ve decided to follow Jesus, and allows them to celebrate this decision with you. Baptism doesn’t save a person; it’s a symbol and celebration of salvation. The power that brought Jesus back to life is the same power Jesus uses to change our lives – and that’s worth getting excited about!
